The first step is for us to receive your designs or tech packs. Here are two ways you can work with us to understand your designs and evaluate pricing: 1) If you don’t have a tech pack, you can share your creative concepts and any trending elements. We will then provide design drafts for you to choose from, based on your specific requirements. Once you finalize the design draft, we will assist you in sourcing the appropriate fabrics and determining the craftsmanship, tailored to your market positioning and pricing strategy. 2) If you do have a tech pack that includes specifications and fabric information, please share it with us. Using these two methods to understand your designs and specifications, we will provide you with the most competitive quotation. Basically, we will complete the price confirmation in the 1st round of quotations.

We will take approximately 3 to 5 days to make a sample for you. The actual time needed to complete the sample may vary depending on the complexity of the processing. Once the sample is ready, we will confirm it by sending you pictures or the actual samples.Based on our experience, most clients approve samples in the first round, and at most, in the second round.

We have a skilled merchandising team to assist you in confirming the production requirements for your order. After you place the order, if this is your first cooperation with us, we will start production upon receipt of your deposit. Of course, as our cooperation deepens over time, we will offer you more flexible payment terms. The production lead time is approximately 4 weeks, and for basic styles, it can be as fast as 3 weeks. We will send you the shipping sample (PP sample) in advance to facilitate your catalog photography.

Once production is complete and the quality control department has carried out a full 100% inspection, the packaging department will start packing the goods. After packing goods, we will provide the most optimized and economical transportation method according to your country, and deliver your goods to you safely and quickly through professional air or sea freight companies such as FEDEX, DHL, UPS.
